SYNPAC is equipped with – a state-of-the-art Servo driven 8-colour UV Flexo press from Nilpeter - which includes the following features: Rotary Flexo & Screen printing combination – giving flexibility for enhanced aesthetics that also support Braille printing on labels, Inline converting features such as foiling, multiple die cuts (half cut, through cut and perforation) and lamination giving maximum flexibility and minimum turnaround time. Double sided printing using delam-relam and turnbar facilities enabling us to cater to specialised label functionalities.
The press, which is setup in an air-conditioned and controlled environment, has an installed capacity of converting up to 10,00,000 sq. mtrs. of label stock material per month. With this capacity of all in one pass Flexo technology, we at SYNPAC convert and support a full range of labelling applications which includes features such as: Cold Foiling, Lamination, Tactile & textured effects, Security & Tamper evidence, Double sided printing, Multi-layered labels.
